Frequently asked questions
How does it work?
If you have donated €250 or more in one year, ActionAid can receive 45% extra from your donation after you fill out the form. This is at no extra cost to you. You just need to complete a CHY-3 Enduring Form.

You can find the CHY-4 Form here.
Do all taxpayers qualify?
Yes, all income taxpayers qualify for the scheme, whether they are PAYE or self-assessed.
I already completed an Enduring Declaration CHY3 form. Do i need to do anything?
Each CHY3 form lasts for five years so we may require a new form to be filled out to continue to avail of the scheme. If that is the case, our Supporter Care team will write to you with a new CHY3 form to complete.

Your Privacy
When you return the signed form to ActionAid, we forward the donation amount for the tax year(s) along with your PPS number to the Revenue Commissioners. We store The Good Form information securely only for the purpose of obtaining tax rebates.
Revenue pays the tax relief to ActionAid when satisfied that you have paid at least the donation amount in income tax. ActionAid does not receive any information on individual taxpayers.
